1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material on AssetsCollector.com infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA takedown request. Your notice must include the information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Please include the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,

• Your contact information (email address and phone number),

Incomplete notices may delay processing. False claims may result in legal liability.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material you posted was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name, address and phone number,
• Identification of the removed material and its previous location,
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake,
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court,
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
