Policy Information
This Refund Policy explains how payments and fees work with AssetsCollector.com and when, if ever, a refund would apply. It reflects our no upfront fee recovery model and the role of optional third-party license keys used during technical recovery.
AssetsCollector.com does not charge upfront investigation fees, assessment fees, retainer fees or hourly service fees. All case intake, scam review, blockchain tracing, wallet mapping and case documentation are performed without any initial payment from the client.
Our model is straightforward: if no recovery happens, you do not owe us anything.
In some cases, a technical recovery phase may require the activation of a temporary third-party tool or software license key (for example, a time-bound extraction key used to create a secure recovery tunnel).

AssetsCollector.com operates on a success-based (contingent) fee model. This means:

Any license key, software activation or digital tool purchased from an independent provider is governed by that vendor’s own terms of use and refund policy. In most cases, these keys:
AssetsCollector.com cannot override or modify a third-party vendor’s refund decisions.
If you believe a payment was made in error, the first step is to confirm whether the payment went to:
If the payment was made to a vendor, you will need to contact that vendor directly. We may provide documentation showing whether a key was used or activated during your recovery process, but we cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
If you are unsure about any payment, fee, or whether a license key is required for your case, please contact us before making a purchase so we can explain the process in clear terms.
